Sharon Beskin Goodman, LCSW
I graduated with my MSW from NYU in 1983. I received my BSW from Monmouth University in 1982 and graduated Summa Cum Laude. After being employed in several outpatient mental health centers, including CPC, UMDNJ, and Family and Children Services, I went full-time into private practice.
I received family training in the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ and studied directly with Monica McGoldrick. I also trained in Hypnosis at the University and studied with Dr. Jeff Zeig. For marital thereapy, I trained with Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Francine Shapiro for EMDR. I trained as a divorce mediator and completed my internship at Seton Hall University. I am a trained Collaborative Law member and have been part of the training team. I am listed in the NJ roster as a trained Parent Coordinator.For my work in the community, with the divorcing population, I was honored as Women of Achievement.
